Work on Sheffield Council’s pocket park on Nursery Street is now complete, but the area will remain fenced off until the end of August.

New turf has been laid but needs a few weeks to settle in and become established.

The official opening of the pocket park will take place on Sunday, September 23 as part of the ‘Sheffield Riverlution Festival,’ a two-day long festival on the River Don stretching from Kelham Island to the Victoria Quays
